LED light therapy has definitely gained a lot of attention lately. 



But it’s not just a trend. It’s a game changer when it comes to the skin. So let’s talk about why this treatment has become one of my personal favorites and why you should add it to your routine. 


LED light therapy uses various frequencies of light to penetrate and treat the skin in a safe, gentle way. Depending on the shade of light, different benefits can be achieved. Red light stimulates collagen production, which helps improve fine lines and wrinkles. Blue light is used to combat acne targeting bacteria responsible for blemishes and breakouts. And green light reduces hyperpigmentation and discoloration promoting a brighter, clearer, and even skin tone.
