Cyber is definitely for the bold and daring!! It's true to color but you can also build it to your desire. And the finish makes it non-drying! It lasts forever and leaves a beautiful stain when it's finally gone.
I like to wear it with minimal makeup, as it makes a statement of it's own without being too edgy or scary. A great lipstick to have in the collection for sure!!!! Until next time, toodles.
