Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Skin Primer

Happy Monday! I won't be posting a #ManiMonday today as I have found myself loving nude nails again and am currently rocking my fave, Julianne's Nude 620 from L'Oreal Paris. (Read the full post HERE) I've never been fond of foundation - I find it to look extremely cakey and feel way too heavy on the skin. I have been using it for photography purposes only so learning the best possible application was imperative. I received the Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Skin Primer (long name or nah?) in a Glossybox and decided to give it a go.

It claims to "keep skin happy and hydrated while allowing your foundation a smoother landing." I have very dry skin and finding a primer that moisturizes while allowing it to breathe is a must. The Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Skin Primer completely delivers. The formula is really liquid-y and sets clear. It feels lightweight on the skin and allows my foundation to have a more natural dewy look as my dry skin easily makes makeup look cakey and overdone. This makeup base is so fabulous! It really does make a difference in the consistency, wear time and look of my foundation and for now is a beauty essential. Until next time, toodles. Have a fabulous week! <3
