February Favies

Happy Monday! My apologies as this was supposed to go up a few days ago.

My birthday month is officially over. Tear. Aside from birthday shenanigans, February was definitely the month of new makeup. I've been completely obsessed with my new fave purple lip at the moment, Lime Crime Pansy so decided this was the one I needed to rock for most of the month. The color screams in your face. Bright, bold and almost neon-like. I love it. (Full post HERE) On those late nights I opted for Melt Cosmetics Dark Room, a beautiful ultra matte beet color. A perfect cross between vampy and bright. I don't own anything similar in my collection. Obsessed. (Full post HERE) I've started reaching for my favorite makeup remover Maybelline Clean Express again. I honestly can't remember why I ever stopped using it. It wipes off makeup quick and effortlessly. I've been trying to step up my contouring game so decided I needed Too Faced Soulmates Bronzer in Ross and Rachel and Colourpop Cosmetics blusher in Swift. These two are hands down my new faves. Ross and Rachel is so gorgeous and leaves a very natural contour that I love while the Colourpop blusher makes more of an obvious statement. More on these two in a future post but they are to die for! A must have. I first purchased beauty fave Nars Albatross years ago but didn't use it much due to improper use. I'm finally figuring out a little goes a long way and I have fallen in love! It leaves the most gorgeous highlight.  I want to play with it a bit more before I post a review so stay tuned for that. I desperately needed to rock red nails again so turned to Rouge Louboutin.  A perfectly stunning true red nail polish. I had very, very high expectations for this baby and I must admit I am so impressed! I really do adore it. It is so pigmented with only one coat needed, very long lasting and doesn't streak. The most perfect red. (Full post HERE ) What have you been lovely lately? Until next time, toodles.

Ashley
