I picked up the NYX Hydra Touch Powder Foundation after a friends recommendation (thanks Alicia!).
It's my first powder foundation and a lot was anticipated.
It claims to have a versatile wet or dry formulation, a matte and silky finish and provide flawless coverage.
First things first. The shade range actually isn't too shabby. 20 colors. Ok NYX I see you. Impressive.
I was a little nervous it would accentuate my very dry skin. And I was a little skeptical of the coverage it would provide. Being a powder foundation and all. But I am pleased to report not only does it not look cakey, full coverage is easily attainable. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all and it still manages to look like skin. I'll take it. I did find it to be a liiiittle difficult to blend with the sponge that was included though. So in the future I'll stick to my foundation brush. But other than that I love this stuff. Issa yes for me.
I did a demo of this on snap too you guys so make sure you follow meeee or whatever!! Haha. I can't wait to do more. I think I'll be trying this as a setting powder next! Hope all is well. Love you. K bye.
