Loving Lately

Hi hello how are youuuu?

Loool. Shaking my head. It's been a while yet again, huh. My bad.

Anywayyy, I'm currently listening to Wasteland on this rainy Saturday morning and felt compelled to share some of the new makeup products I've been using and loving lately sooo let's talk makeup. Yay.

Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk'R Bronzer Palette, Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray, Elf Cosmetics Putty Bronzer in Bronzed Belle, Fenty Beauty Petal Poppin' Cream Blush, Fenty Beauty Powder Foundation 350, Laura Mercier Honey Translucent Setting Powder

Let's be honest this wouldn't be a makeup post without a little Fenty Beauty and the Pro Filt'R Soft Matte Powder Foundation has become my jam.  I love wearing it alone with highlighter and lip gloss only for a more natural look or full coverage for a more glam look.  It's giving versatility.  Lol we love it. It's super pigmented, simple to apply, and doesn't look cakey at all if applied correctly.  My biggest concern.  Sooo I guess I'm officially a powder foundation girl or whatever lol.  I know right who am I?!  I love it.  I copped shades 350 and 370 in case you were wondering. Have you tried it yet?  It's no secret the original Laura Mercier Translucent Powder is holy grail status so of course I had to try the new Translucent Honey shade. I'm not gonna lie, I've only used it a few times but so far I'm so impressed. The honey shade was something I didn't even know I needed.  It's nice and yellow and doesn't make me look ashy like I find some banana shades do.  Black girl friendly.  I've had my eye on the new Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray for ages so finally picked it up during the VIB sale.  I'm still testing it out so I won't say much since I haven't completely formed an opinion.  But I've heard amazing things and can't wait to keep trying it out. I used it as a primer for today's face as well. I've raved about the Elf Deep Bronzer Palette for ages (Full post HERE) so of course I had to cop the new Putty Bronzers.  I picked up shades Golden Daze and Bronzed Belle. Not gonna lie I was a little disappointed in the shade Golden Daze as I found it too light for my Fenty 370 skin but Bronzed Belle is much deeper. I love applying it to sculpt the face right before applying powder bronzer.  It's nice and creamy and so easy to blend.  Speaking of bronzer, I picked up the Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk'R Bronzer Palette.  I'm using the shade Coco Naughty here which is much deeper than my ush go to Caramel Cutie. By the way, I really like this palette y'all. I may or may not need a backup. Just saying.  Have you tried it yet?

Wow. I feel like I haven't talked makeup in forever.  Shaking my head.  I promise I'm gonna work on that.  Scout's honor.  How are youuuu?!  Tell me everything.

Love & light.

Xx,

Ashley
